Our private wraparound deck steps directly down to the beautiful, white sand of the water’s edge!  You will feel like you have your own private beach.  No crowded beaches here!  Enjoy watching the seagulls and pelicans flying, the dolphins playing in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the abundance of shells on the beach.  How nice to be able to leave your chairs & umbrella out on the beach overnight! No dragging back & forth!

Fish all day and charter the Gulf of Mexico, let the kids kayak, get great shells! Enjoy boogie boarding, skim-boarding, body surfing, flying a kite or building a sand castle!  After a day at the beach, refresh at the enclosed outdoor shower.  What's next?  Patio, pool and privacy that is not shared with anyone else. 4 Palms has been recently remodeled.  Enjoy the comfy beds and sofas, newly tiled bathrooms the three level deck.  New stoves and grills have been added for your cooking convenience.  4 Palms is above the spacious covered parking with room for 6 cars or your boat.

On the first floor of the home, you can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A dining area overlooking the gulf, living room with  and plenty of deck space to enjoy the beautiful views. The downstairs bedroom suite has a queen sized bed, a large bathroom with custom vanity, walk in shower and separate soaker tub.

On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. Two of these rooms contain king sized beds, large bathrooms with showers and soaker tubs.  Both of the bedrooms are gulf facing.  The third bedroom features two bunk beds which will sleep up to four people in this room alone. This bedroom has a TV with VCR/DVD player, and cable.

The third floor bedroom is the pride of 4 Palms!  The Master bedroom has wood floors, a King-sized bed and French doors to a private deck overlooking the gulf.   A computer with wireless internet is available to check email.  Or bring your own computer and enjoy free wireless internet access.

The kitchen is complete with all dishes and silver, pots, pans and ice maker. There is a nice Gulf view in the dining area as well. The dining area will comfortably seat 12 at the table with an additional 3 barstools at the counter.  There are outdoor showers in the front and back of this unit.
